As you walk across to the newly cleaned teak swimstep which is equipped with stainless "staples", a swim/emergency ladder and fish cleaning station. The transom storage has 2 access doors on the face of the transom. You then go up to the aft deck, also with newly cleaned teak decks. 

The Aft Deck is equipped to accommodate function and fun - for entertaining which has a Miele Grill, water/sink and a comfortable settee which you can sit comfortably and see if your fishing poles are striking! 

On the function side, lots of  waterproof lockers and to port is a ladder up to the flybridge and also to access to the engine room. 

To Port is a comfortable L-shaped sofa (which makes out to a queen bed when needed) with a beautiful teak coffee table and a nicely fitted flat screen TV.  To Starboard, are two (2) swivel chairs with a stone end table between with lamp. Warm wood blinds and wallcoverings give the Salon a nice rich looking feel and plenty of space for storage, and also steps leading down to the ensuite Master Stateroom. 

As you go up several steps you enter the Gally and Helm area.  To Port is the Galley with wood flooring and cherry wood cabinetry and finished with Corian counters.  Fully equipped with all appliances and great storage, including drop down hatches to access wiring under the flybridge.

Going forward is the dining and helm area.  Dinette is to Port with seating for 6 and  recently reupholstered seating with a 360-degree views both front and rear and right next to the helm for co-piloting and within reach able to provide snacks for the Captain.  The helm has bench seating and is equipped with an abundant amount of Electronics (as noted above). 

As you descend down stairs on the Starboard side are the Staterooms and Heads.  The Master Stateroom with ensuite head is outfitted with cherry wood cabinets and drawers.  Below the bed which has a spring assisted lift, has a great amount of space for stowage.  Within the cabinetry is a washer/dryer combo and cedar lined closets.

Forward is the VIP Stateroom with another ensuite head and is finished with cherry woods cabinets and drawers, cedar lined closets.  

Going up from the Galley area on the Starboard side is the Flybridge/Tender area. 

Featured with a fiberglass radar arch and connecting canvas Bimini top, is a wonderful open area and cushions for navigating and entertaining.  The centerline wheel and console are fully equipped with electronics and bench seating.

Going aft is the tender area with:

The Flybridge also includes Magma Propane Grill and storage for stowing canvas covers.

This engine room has lots of head room!  Equipped with twin Caterpillar C-9's and Northern Lights 12kw Generator.
