Equipped with a well maintained, low hour,  90HP Ford Lehman Diesel engine and a bow thruster with a recent survey available. (1750 Hours)

This exceptional vessel is the sought-after Nauticat 38 Pilothouse. Boasting a ketch rig, fin keel and an expansive sail plan, she epitomizes the essence of a true sailboat. While her raised pilothouse and powerful Ford Lehman Super 90 engine, equipped with a Max-Prop, may give the impression of a raised pilothouse motorsailer, the Nauticat 38 model excels at sailing upwind, making it a top choice for cruising in the Pacific Northwest.

Features and updates include: Teak decks and trim outside and teak and sole throughout the interior. This ketch rigging includes a storm/stay sail between the forward stay and the main mast. So there can be four sails up at one time! Current owner of the past 5 years has recently done the following: new/reconditioned transmission, new 90amp alternator, new hot water tank with filter system, 6 AGM 6V batteries and two 12v starting batteries, 120W solar panel with controller, many areas of new wiring and new water hoses, cleaned and re-cetolled the deck, refurbished heat exchangers (2), varnished all exterior wood. The Ford Lehman starts every time with no hesitation. It burns very little fuel - one liter per nautical mile at 6.5 to 7 knots!

Except for the headliner and the 2 heads, the interior is all finished in wood. The private aft berth has a full queen aft berth, a full head with hand-held shower, forward is the private v-berth for two and is next to a private second head and sink. There is tons of storage for extended stays or as a perfect live-aboard! There are two VHF radios, two depth sounders, radar, chartplotter, autohelm. The linear galley has a 12v/110v top loading fridge/freezer, a 3 burner propane stove and oven and a double sink. Pressurized hot and cold water is at all taps. The bow-thruster and electric winch make docking and anchoring a breeze!
