1969 Hatteras 53 Motor Yacht

This  53 Hatteras has been in the family since 1970 and used for coastal cruising and several month stays at the Catalina mooring.  Hatteras has the best of  quality   and accommodating design. It has been refered to as the Roles Royce of American yachts due to it high quality construction and interior  accommodations with very strong motors and access via separate engine rooms.

The entire topsides waterline to bridge has been repainted recently and seller has commissioned a full in the water survey. The layout and spacious accommodations make for a great live aboard choice with wide decks , large flybridge which has a space for your tender or seafood. This owner has  a  2008 Seadoo waverunner  on the bridge with davit  and 2014 14 ft inflatable with 60 hp outboard on the stern davits.that can be purchased separately from seller. The motors are Detroit 8-71 diesels and low hours. the generator and 4 large solar panels provide all the wattage needed for full electrical usage while underway or sitting on a mooring at the islands. A recent survey has been completed available to potential new owners.
