This 11 Meter  Former Naval Special Warfare Rigid Inflatable Boat (11M NSW RIB) is a high-speed, high-buoyancy, extreme-weather craft manufactured by United States Marine Inc. (USMI).

This machine is constructed out of composites with an inflatable tube gunwale made of reinforced fabric. This amazing RIB can operate in heavy seas and winds of 45 knots!

These RIBs were used  (and still are) by the U.S. Navy’s elite special operations force, the U.S. Navy SEALs, with the primary mission being SEAL insertion/extraction.

The craft is also used increasingly by Naval Expeditionary Warfare in marine interdiction operations (MIOs)/visit board search and seizure (VBSS) role, organic to LPD 17 San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ships, with a Navy crew of three and a Marine Corps boarding team. The Navy VBSS variant includes a lifting bail for launch and retrieval from LPD 17-class ships.

This lightweight rigid hull inflatable Naval Special Warfare boat is fast, durable, and relied upon by Tier 1 Special Operations Forces all over the globe. It’s highly maneuverable with its twin inboard Cummins diesel engines paired with twin jets, making it one of the very best options for operating in diverse and challenging environments & scenarios. These boats are brand new and cost close to a million dollars to produce. Designed to be run in any variety of conditions, from shallow water at 43 knots to airdrops from C-130 cargo planes - she's  as rugged and versatile as they come.
