The 1997 Navigator 4800 “Our Heaven” is a U.S. built semi displacement hull form yacht from U.S. Marine. The hard chined glass reinforced plastic (GRP) hull of the Navigator 4800 is laminated with polyester resin. The side, fore decks and cabin top are of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) cored construction as are the cabin sides. The hull/bulwark joint is a shoebox type; bedding compound and self-tapping screws are used under a full-length perimeter trim. Accommodation is provided for 4-6 persons in a 2-cabin layout. The Navigator 4800 has 2- toilet compartments. The forward cabin has pedestal double berth, with drawers and hanging lockers. The ensuite head is equipped with a Vacuum toilet and shower. Access to the chain locker is from the fore cabin. The amidships master stateroom has a double berth with drawers, hanging locker, shelf storage and ensuite head. The upper saloon has an L shaped settee, lower helm opposite and flybridge access. The lower saloon has galley, seating, entertainment units and access to the cockpit. The galley incorporates cabinetry, an electric stovetop, microwave/convection oven, double S.S. sink and refrigerator/freezer. The engine room / machinery space is under the saloon sole and accessed from the cockpit.
