Lovin’ Life is truly a gorgeous, turnkey sailing yacht! Legend 40.5's are an excellent cruising boat, and as in all Legend Series boats, a tough racing competitor too.
This yacht has been loved the way a boat should be loved. When any system needed maintenance, repair, or replacement, it got it! She has been seriously upgraded, and there is a long list of spares for the vessel and all of it's systems. Yanmar 4JH2E, 50 HP Inboard Diesel engine, runs perfectly with 2218 engine hours, and Max-Prop 3 blade folding propeller w/ line cutter.
She has been regularly hauled out for bottom paint and anodes, including a complete professional bottom paint job & anodes by Schooner Creek Boat Works on May 27, 2022, this year.
