1991 Grand Banks 36 Sedan
Bella Grand is a rare wide body Grand Banks 36 Sedan. This boat is a cruisers boat. The Wesmar bow thruster and the 250 horsepower Cummins engine coupled to a TwinDisk 507 transmission with a trolling valve and 2” shaft turning an oversize prop are a winning combination of power and efficiency. Add to that the beauty of Grand Banks quality joinery and a host of accessories to add to the livability of the space and you have a boat made to go places in comfort and style.
The current owners of Bella Grand purchased the boat from the original owner over twenty years ago. Since then, this near perfect boat has been upgraded and maintained in pristine condition in a freshwater boathouse. With a quality heritage of Grand Banks and the dedication of owners who have strived to keep that new boat quality, this is an opportunity to own a once in a lifetime boat at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Don’t miss it!

The teak swim board has an 11 foot Novurania inflatable RIB, with a 30 horsepower Yamaha outboard, mounted on a SeaWise hydraulic davit. Stepping from the teak swim board through the transom door and into the cockpit, there is a Smart Plug power connection, hot and cold shower faucets and two outrigger mounts. A 12volt factory chest freezer is mounted to the forward bulkhead.
When entering the saloon through the sliding door, a settee with a teak table mounted on a stainless high/low adjustable pedestal is on the portside. With the pedestal in the lowered position the settee converts to a double bunk
To the starboard are two built-in cabinets with two upholstered straight back chairs between them.
The portside galley is separated from the saloon by a peninsula with an overhead cabinet. The galley has a Princess three burner gas range with an oven, a GB refrigerator with a Cool Blue holding plate, and a stainless steel sink with a cutting board. Across from the gally is the lower helm with electronics and a sliding door leading to the ample walk around deck. A custom built helm seat with storage beneath completes the lower helm area.
All window have interior window blinds and exterior sun shades.
Between the galley and the lower helm going forward is a companionway to the forward berth which has a center queen bed, a head on the port side with a Tecma Easyfit toilet, sink with mirror and medicine cabinet. On the starboard side is a stand-up shower with teak grating and sump. Built in storage cabinets line the sides and front of the forward berth area.
