This Hunter 45 Legend will make a wonderful family cruiser for local activities, or run her north/south for larger adventures. With good sails (new never hoisted headsail), a clean and good running Yanmar main engine, a generator to provide plenty of power when away from the dock, Air Conditioning/Reverse Cycle Heat, and huge amounts of space, your family and friends will love being aboard.
There are some leaks around portlights etc that will need attention, but overall she is in good condition, and will benefit from the attentions of a new owner. The current owner (owned for 15 yrs) is in final stages of life, and would love to see the boat go to loving new owners before he moves on. Feel free to bring offers.

Master Captain Quarters forward has double bed to starboard, and separate seating, and vanity to port, as well as forward enclosed head and shower. VIP Cabin is perfect for guests, with aft queen bed, and private access to a two door luxury head and shower.
Salon has two comfortable settee's with seating for 8 guests. Large folding Dinette seats converts to extra double sleeping bed.
Galley has large frig and freezer, Gimbled stove and oven, and lots of counter space for dinner preparation.
