LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING, SPACIOUS FAMILY FREINDLY BLUEWATER CRUISER? THIS IS THE ONE!

THINKING OF CRUISING THE SOUTH PACIFIC? SHE IS LAYING IN NEW ZEALAND, THEN PERFECT STARTING POINT FOR YOUR CRUISING DREAMS.

DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ! SHE'S BEEN CRUISED A LOT BY HER 2 OWNERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND SHE'S READY TO GO AGAIN!!! ALL KINDS OF UPGRADES INCLUDING NEW STANDING RIGGING (2018), CHAINPLATES, AND ELECTRIC HALYARD WINCHES (SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE COCKPIT TO RAISE THE SAILS). SHE HAS HAD A TON OF MONEY SPENT ON HER IN LAST FEW YEARS. THE HULL WAS PEELED AND EPOXY BARRIER APPLIED BY A REPUTABLE YARD IN APPROXIMATELY 2016. GENSET, DIESEL HEAT AND MUCH MUCH MORE. COME SEE KNOT HOME TODAY!!

Knot Home is so much more than just another sailboat, she's a true world cruiser! She's already proven that she's capable from the owners extensive cruising, and she's ready for more. The owners have never spared any expense on gear or upkeep, and it shows. The bottom was completely stripped, and an epoxy barrier coat was applied. All the portlights in the entire vessel were also replaced in the last seven years. Knot Home really does not need much of anything (except your belongings to be able to go sailing today!

She has a good amount of deck space to work with, and the extension the original owner had built some years ago, is a fantastic add on, making boarding from a dinghy a breeze, or getting off the back with your dive gear. It also makes it easy to be able to climb back aboard after a swim, snorkel or dive. Lots of the deck gear is custom built stainless and it is very heavy duty, just what a world cruiser needs!

The interior is gorgeous teak, and well laid out. The owner had the aft stateroom area remodeled some years ago, and they did a really nice job on the joinery. The aft or owners stateroom includes a private salon area, which includes the nav station, TV, settee, icemaker, and desk. There is also an ensuite full head and shower.

There is a single berth midships alongside the engine room, which would be a great berth for a child. Up forward, the V-berth is quite large, and also has a full head and shower, which doubles as the day head for other guests. The salon is spacious, and the galley is to port, so entertaining is a breeze with the chef not being separate from the guests. A large custom salon table wraps around the mast, and has a center locker for storage. This makes for a VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY CRUISING OPTION!!

The engine room is large and comfortable ( will accommodate people well over six ft tall!), and everything is located in a way that makes maintenance a breeze. Everything is well kept, and in good, clean, running condition.

Knot Home is a spacious, sleek, and fast cruising boat, ready to take off on her next family cruising adventure WITH YOU ABOARD!! Come and make her yours today!
